Hand-harvested in the Castro Marim Salt Marsh Nature Reserve in Portugal's Algarve, Salmarim's fine Fleur de Sel flakes are combined with distinctive black vanilla seeds, creating a beautifully aromatic finishing salt with a subtle balance of salty and sweet.
Open the container and the fragrance of vanilla appears first, followed by the striking contrast of dark vanilla seeds against pure white salt crystals. Delicate and light in texture, the Fleur de Sel dissolves gently on the palate, leaving an intriguing combination of flavour and aroma.
